Refund & Cancellation Policy
- A2Z Cloud shall ensure that our customers do not have to resort to the cancellation of their accounts with us in any circumstances. However, certain situations may demand that the customer (“You”) may decide to cancel your account with us and ask for a refund. This policy chalks down all terms and conditions under which cancellation and refund are possible.
- A2Z Cloud provides “7 days Money-Back Guarantees” on certain products. Should your product qualify for this guarantee please contact us within 7 days of placing your order for a full refund. This guarantee excludes domain names, domain privacy addons, reseller hosting, Servers/VPS, which may not be canceled once ordered. Customers are limited to using the money-back guarantee once. Upon a second transaction or a renewal thereof, no refunds shall be applicable.
- Refunds shall be available only to services like Cloud Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Premium Hosting and not on Domain names, Domain Privacy, Reseller hosting, and Servers/VPS.
- All refunds shall be made in the same mode that the original payment was made and not on an alternative account/mode
